A new build £20 million, 180 cell block extension with adjacent new education block on the existing HMP Cookhamwood Category B prison site. This is one of the first UK projects to operate within the new BIM Level 2 government scheme.
All areas inside the cells – including inside the door frame to corridor, around all sanitary units (toilet, basin), around the shower head, around all power sockets, around the strip lights, around bed and all furniture (including onto floor line), around layed floor to wall fillet joint.
Around 15mm-20mm internal window joints in the education block.
The horizontal 30mm head joints on the hallway string lights.
Around the vinyl floors to wall joint.
Around the steps and risers in the cell block building.
For any other areas where the resident is left unsupervised.
Antipick 109 sealant:
To seal the beams and vertical concrete slab joints in the education block.
To seal the ceiling joints in the education block.
Internal head joint of block work wall in education block as a dual seal in conjunction with our Fire Sealant 300 and using a bond breaker tape.
For any other general internal sealant work where the residents have supervised lower risk access to.
To seal the external concrete slab walkway around the cell block perimeter, consisting of:
30mm floor to cell block wall joint (untrafficked).
20mm recessed floor joint in concrete (trafficked), including around drain areas.
